Isaiah

Are the Day of the Lord and the Second Coming of Christ two separate events, or were Jesus and the apostles describing the same approaching judgment? By examining the prophetic language of the Old Testament alongside the teachings of Jesus, Paul, Peter, and John, we discover a remarkable connection. Could these passages be pointing to one climactic fulfillment in AD 70, when Jerusalem was judged and the old covenant age came to an end?

When people hear that the kingdom of God is present and advancing, they often respond, “Just look at how bad the world is. This is a very common view. They say things are getting worse and worse.”

When many people hear the name “Lucifer,” they picture what religious tradition describes as Satan before his fall, a beautiful archangel, heaven’s chief musician, who became proud and was thrown out of heaven.

Something about tongues we never hear in the modern church today. Most never knew what the day of Pentecost and tongues were actually a “sign” for and to whom the “sign” was to.
